Billing and cancellation

  • Customers are charged immediately at checkout for a monthly recurring subscription.
  • Subscriptions continue until cancelled by the customer.
  • Customers can manage billing or cancel from the billing portal linked from the product.

Billing questions, refund requests, and cancellation issues should be sent to support@metyatech.com.
